Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must:

• Be unused

• Be in original packaging

• Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance items

• Custom products

• Gift cards

• Used fishing tackle
   

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

 

Limited Product Warranty

Retaliation Tackle warrants products against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper use

• Abuse

• Modifications

• Accidental damage

Our sole obligation is repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
 

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
